3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices displayed on the site are in CAD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout.
  • We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods as indicated at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • sapes is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, customs clearance, or third-party shipping carriers. Once the order has shipped, tracking information will be provided.
  • International orders may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • All sales are final. Due to the exclusive nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Please carefully review product details before making a purchase.
  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at sapes.world@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter.
